On Sept.18, 2017, Moncton Council wisely chose to apply the precautionary principle
and NOT add hexafluorosilicic acid
to Greater Moncton's public water.

This inconsistency and contradiction doesn’t require much explanation.
Below are examples of toothpastes marketed for use with babies under the age of 2
that are safe to swallow specifically because they do not contain fluoride.
The amount of fluoride in a pea size amount of fluoridated toothpaste
